Taking a break after cleaning storeroom. Then I found out that all these foie gras, Boston or Aussie lobster, Beluga caviar, Saffron, etc are all cheap luxuries compared to this Nippon snack. Your Aussie lobster is just RM 480/kg. This kit kat is RM 13,600/kg. Beat that. Even the empty box is 10g. Each bar is a mere 12 grammes only. The value is over 28x that of lobsters from BIG.

Wow, talk about scams! Just received this call today from this number. Luckily as usual the reception for Digi sucks in Publika, so da dude got cut off. He called again, and I answered. If you read the thread below, the same rigmarole and charade occurs. I told da bugger, "if you can't speak English, don't waste my tax payer's money" I told him that I'm on the plane now, leaving for Los Angeles to attend Paul Walker's funeral and I can be contacted via Interpol as the customs have my biometrics already. He then hung up. http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/0321460522 http://wikimapia.org/189040/Kuala-Lumpur-Police-Contingent-Headquarters

Another Non rice dinner. Really need to be weary of these Malaysian outlets. I sent back the soft shell crab Okonomiyaki, not because is was like just 5 inches in diameter, but they had the cheek to give ONE measly looking crab, as compared to the photo which shows the omelette topped with loads of crabs. As for thr lobster tail, the secret is out. They dig out all meat and fill half of it back with cheapo Enoki mushroom and stuff back about 4 little morsels of lobster only. Beef noodles and sashimi morsels salad was OK though. I have this strange feeling that the meal tonight will be costlier than KL Hilton.

It's about a month until Xmas. Those who yearn for some taste of healthy low fat Cooked turkey leg can either head to Universal Studios Osaka where u can have a "Dino Drumstick" for just ¥790, payable by credit card at an external al fresco booth or if u r in Kuala Lumpur, head over to IKEA for a RICE-Free meal for about RM 20, which is just RM 5 cheaper than a World class international themepark that also serves Suntory beer on the go (I doubt Singapore UniStudios has this option). I can bet Legoland doesn't have delicious spareribs to munch on whilst carrying your Chanel bag in that esteemed Johor theme park.

Another worthy upgrade to your daily maintenance of your vehicle is to inspect your brake fluid. Inspection doesn't mean just topping up when you VISUALLY notice a lower level. For those who really care about safety and use high tech systems with ABS and EBD should also inspect for the air content within your brake fluid. There is this centre which offers such excellent service to detect this with their German gauge gadget. If the content is within 0-4%, the reading shall be RED, otherwise it is green as seen in the brand new bottle on the 2nd photo. It is not just topping up, but a full flush with individual brake inspections. Highly recommended for high performance vehicles. Li-Hian Liew Bryan C. AutoJunctions

Good morning! Since it's the KLIMS week, lemme share some automotive upgrades that are worthy to your DAILY use. I guarantee that this is a regularly disregarded replacement. It is your own internal AIRCON Air Filter. You can witness what a 3 year old dirty filter looks like compared to a brand new imported filter. I know that the Bosch booth @ KLIMS sells filters for different car makes for around RM 70-90, without any installation. And those are Made In Indonesia, unlike my Kimchi version.

Aiyoh, Lerun QA QC issues. 3 incidents on 3 bikes. First, da chain came off, then plastic pedal broke and then the entire handlebar came loose, causing the steering to twist 90 degrees and resulted in injuries to one young rider who is receiving medical attention from the Publika staff. Can UEM show compassion by providing a Dutamas unit at cost price? No need DIBS!

Before I say good night / good morning, just wanna relate a deja vu moment. Was clearing my iTunes library for consolidation and came across Karen MOK's rendition of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game". Then as I watched Episode 5 of The Blacklist, I was enthralled by the new rendition by Emika , released last June! http://www.thirdsidemusic.com/share/news/emika-on-the-blacklist

Oh shitz, kanasai. Major kok up on Bkt Jalil highway from Sunway to Kinrara. Ramp into Kinrara frigging shut by Subcon's ancient Pajero. Wazers reported something fell on road due to LRT construction. Traffic diverted by hardworking police in rainstorm via BK2 from Shell station. I hope #Binapuri has an answer for wasting an hour of my time here on a Saturday night.

Food for thought: A man came home from work and his children ran to him and called out 'Ayah! Ayah!'. His neighbour got very upset and said to him, "Can you please tell your children not to call you 'Ayah'?" The man asked, "Why?" The neighbour retorted, "Because my children call me 'Ayah' too. They might get confused and mistake you to be their father." Then the man told his neighbour, "Are you not ashamed to say that your children do not know who their 'Ayah' is? So you are saying that by my children using the word 'Ayah' , your children will also call me ayah too without knowing who their father is?" The neighbour said "Yes, only my children can use the word 'Ayah'." The man was speechless.

Wah, it's almost a year since I left Osaka. Fast forward 50 weeks later and I finally get to indulge in Baumkuchen again. According to Brabantia accuracy each ice cream infused slice is just over 60 grammes. And each slice costs about RM 5.70. This translates to about RM94/kg, more than Bak Kua and sharks fin.

We have all the mega projects in the pipeline in KL, like Naza Metropolis, Tun Razak Exchange, KLCC phase 2, Sungai Besi Airport redevelopment, Najib Tower, etc. Some of these already are already initiated with the basement substructures in progress. But do we have the mega brains to think forward, or just some politicians to self fulfill their own mega wallets? This is forward thinking: Underground Bicycle Parking Systems in Japan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcZSU40RBrg

I dunno about you guys (investors) who are so anxious to grab RM 1,300 psf condominiums in the traffic laden Trafficana, (er, I mean Tropicana) or in the perennial construction site of KLCC with RM 2,300 psf apartments with 4 Seasons branding or even wrestle with the influx of 6,000 new Chinese dudes down in Country Garden @Danga Bay, but I'm rather content in spending my money in my own personal garage in the tranquil town of Taiping where I can park my Pacific Mode bicycle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=np_UOA1PBZk

CRIME ALERT: Another case of daylight robbery here in OUG. 4 guys climbed into this renovated house. The resident Aunty got a shock and jumped down from her balcony, most probably breaking her leg and ran across to.the neighbours, shouting for help. Robbers got away in a Honda City after ransacking the house. The area was not gated / guarded.

Really sympathise with the Vancouver immigrants too. I'm uncertain if this affects Belgian beer too, as it's all invisible and silent. Don't talk about HALAL / non HALAL. To all the bakers out there, can u justify to me how much more delicious your confection will be or efficient u will be when u use a KitchenAid mixer over a regular Pensonic One? Both, run on electricity, has a motor than spins and rotates plus u still need to clean the frigging mixing bowl at the end of the session. It's not like KitchenAid is running on Mac OS X and Pensonic running Windows RT.

Anyone been to the Blackberry Z10 roadshow @ centre court MV? Call me dumb or whatever, but when I went to test out one of the demo units, da promo girl told me, "Oh Sorry Sir, please try another unit, this one hang oredi". Then I proceeded to the next unit, and I tried very hard to find a "home" button and a PHONE icon to make a call! Sad news was, I could find it and didn't know how to make a call!! I did see the boring folders, which looked like a Mac from 1984! Monochrome with a tinge of blue! Sorry, I failed! Or is it that u need high IQ levels to beat intuitiveness?
