The worst complaint at KLIA2 is the public transport proximity. Have to walk about 1km from immigration exit to any public transport as compared to previous terminal. I guess low cost includes free cardio workout. Save on gym subscription!

The bus and taxi stands are opposite each other without proper signage at the exits. I guess the RM 4 billion budget was insufficient to hire a proper signage consultant.

First observation and experience in a new airport undergoing Defects Liability Period: Frigging travelator to the arrivals to catch cab was kaput so all the 100s of passengers with their trollies had to wrestle through the narrow corridor to the lift lobby with only 2 lifts. Imagine the chaos
