We have all the mega projects in the pipeline in KL, like Naza Metropolis, Tun Razak Exchange, KLCC phase 2, Sungai Besi Airport redevelopment, Najib Tower, etc. Some of these already are already initiated with the basement substructures in progress. But do we have the mega brains to think forward, or just some politicians to self fulfill their own mega wallets? I dunno about you guys (investors) who are so anxious to grab RM 1,300 psf condominiums in the traffic laden Trafficana, (er, I mean Tropicana) or in the perennial construction site of KLCC with RM 2,300 psf apartments with 4 Seasons branding or even wrestle with the influx of 6,000 new Chinese dudes down in Country Garden @Danga Bay, but I'm rather content in spending my money in my own personal garage in the tranquil town of Taiping where I can park my Pacific Mode bicycle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=np_UOA1PBZk

CRIME ALERT: Another case of daylight robbery here in OUG. 4 guys climbed into this renovated house. The resident Aunty got a shock and jumped down from her balcony, most probably breaking her leg and ran across to.the neighbours, shouting for help. Robbers got away in a Honda City after ransacking the house. The area was not gated / guarded.
